ACCOUNT INVOICES

Invoice are sent via email only. At this time ZapHost does not send invoices via postal mail.

30 days prior to the due date for your account, an Invoice is automatically generated and sent via email. This is a 30 day invoice which is just a reminder that your due date is approaching.

If you have multiple accounts or a reseller account, the invoice date and the due date listed on your invoices are determined by the date of the item that is due earliest in the month. For example, if your first account began on the 10th of the month, then that's the earliest date due of all the items on your account. If you add another account on the 5th of the month, then everything payable that month will be due on the 5th. This does not mean that any of your accounts are billed more than once in a month.

When your payment is successfully processed by our system, a confirmation invoice will be sent to you via email. This invoice will outline the charges that were made for your account as well as your current balance.

If your account is past due, a reminder notice will be sent each week until your payment is received.

To view your account billing history, select the "Billing History" icon in your account control panel. If the balance at the top of the billing history is RED, this is the balance owed on your account. If the balance at the top of the billing history is GREEN, this indicates a credit on your account.

SUBMITTING PAYMENT

You can submit your credit card payment using your account control panel, under "Account Management"

RECURRING PAYMENTS

If you use a credit card to submit a payment for your account, we will set up your account to be rebilled for each payment period using this credit card. If you do not want your credit card to be rebilled, please let us know by emailing your request to billing@oneworldhosting.com




ACCOUNT BILLING HISTORY

The "Billing History" section of your control panel contains an outline of all the payments and credit made to your account. To view your account billing history, select the "Billing History" icon in your account control panel. If the balance at the top of the billing history is RED, this is the balance owed on your account. If the balance at the top of the billing history is GREEN, this indicates a credit on your account.




ACCOUNT CANCELLATION

To cancel your account, please us our Cancel Form. Cancel requests will be confirmed with a followup email.
